  • Hydraulic fluid tank sealed with a filtered breather.
  • All return fluid (especially case drain lines from the hydraulic pumps) filtered prior to return to the hydraulic fluid tank.
  • Temperature control module utilizes "OMRON" products.
  • Thermostatically controlled oil cooler with electric fan to maintain hydraulic fluid at the correct operating temperature.
  • Return line filter with replaceable cartridge in oil return line to the tank.
  • Variable rate pistons with pressure and flow compensation controlled by the puller circuit.
  • Separate pump for the clamping function (both pumps driven from the same electric motor)

When you purchase at least one complete pultrusion line from us, we provide complete technology training for your startup at no additional charge and with no long term licensing agreement or royalty fees.

Terms

  • 50% down payment with order and signed specification sheet to start manufacture of your equipment.
  • 40% balance payment plus freight cost prior to shipment
  • 10% final payment upon successful startup of your equipment.

Lead Time

  • All pultrusion lines have a 90 day manufacturing time from receipt of down payment to ready to ship date.

Freight

  • Prepaid and added to invoice.
  • We will handle all freight arrangements including international.
  • Freight to be quoted upon notice of final destination.
