For tooling quotes, send us a cross section drawing of the profiles that you need to produce. Cross section drawings must be complete with all dimensions to allow us to quote properly.

All pultrusion tooling is machined from tool steel, with the additional option of case hardening to increase wear resistance.

Additional hard chrome coatings are available as an option to further extend the footage of profile produced before die maintenance is necessary.
